** About the job
** Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks for our Flagship location.
* Dusting and cleaning all surface areas, fixtures, and furniture
* Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
* Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
* Trash collection and removal
* Organizing, ordering, and restocking of cleaning supplies
* Work with internal customers to assist with completing routine maintenance/repair tasks
* Pay range $20.00- $23.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

** We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
* Knowledge of cleaning materials and methods
* Strong attention to detail
* Mechanical ability and minor construction knowledge
* Interpersonal and communication skills for effective relations with both external and internal customers
* The employee must be willing to climb on ladders and use lifts to replace light bulbs.  Must be capable of lifting over 50lbs. on occasion.
* Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays
