SHIFT:
Day shift 5am-1p

Rate: $15.60 - $16.50/hr. (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Van Driver drives employees back and forth for their appropriate shift from the Downtown Buffalo bus station to our Aurora Park location. When not driving, this position will assist with maintenance and floor care in the facility. Floor Care Techs complete various cleaning tasks, including striping, waxing, shampooing, extraction, and buffing the floors.

• Transportation of residents in a safe and timely manner in a company van
• Performs assigned duties by established procedures and policies to ensure that a successful and viable transportation program is always maintained
• Responsible for oversight of vehicle service and maintenance schedules
• Manages schedules and appointments appropriately
• Variety of cleaning-related tasks to maintain the cleanliness of all private and public areas
• Stripping, waxing, shampooing, extraction, and buffing the floors
• Overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets throughout the building

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Needs to be dependable and flexible
• Strong customer service skills and compassion
