POSITION PURPOSE

The Security and Facility Foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site and overseeing the quality of the site. Point of contact between vendors and HFCU Management team. Maintain and inspecting open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. Assumes direct responsibility for maintenance of assigned areas, vendors and security. Performs preventative maintenance, makes repairs, supervises, directs, and assists outside service personnel and vendors.

Reports major repair and maintenance needs to the Director of Security and Facility.

SALARY $31.52 to $39.40 per hour pending on experience
