• Maintain the cleanliness of the gym, including the workout floor, group fitness studios, locker rooms, offices, and other areas.
• Model and promote the NYSC mission, values, and principles.
• Provide a legendary member experience.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain a positive attitude and proper uniform.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of all club areas, including locker rooms, exterior, parking lots, entrance, hallways, staircases, exercise areas, studios, courts, babysitting room, pools, and offices.
• Address maintenance issues or escalate to management.
• Stock supplies like towels, shampoo, tissues, and sanitizer.
• Ensure safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and inventory checks.
• Improve specific areas of the weight floor.
• Complete all assigned tasks and communicate effectively with the next shift.
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, walk through all club areas, climb stairs, and bend/lift as needed.
• Proficiency with timekeeping systems and relevant computer programs.

Schedules depend on business needs and may include weekends, mornings, and evenings.

• Entry level, full-time position in Management and Manufacturing within Wellness and Fitness Services industries.
