This position is located in our food production facility in Woodland, otherwise known as the Nugget Markets Kitchen. The primary duties include washing by hand and operating a mechanical high-temperature washer to cleanse and sanitize all dishes from kitchen and bakery production departments, disposal of all kitchen trash, putting loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in first out), and helping prep dishes made in the kitchen.

You should meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have proficient knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of English language
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• A positive attitude is essential!
