Westchester Hills Golf Club is seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Staff member. This role is responsible for performing daily maintenance and repair tasks across the facility, including offices, public areas, restrooms, grounds, and other designated spaces. The ideal candidate will contribute to the upkeep and functionality of the club, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for members and guests.

General Purpose:
Provides daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including offices, public spaces, restroom facilities, grounds and other areas as required.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.

Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.

Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.

Regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently uses hands, reaches with hands and arms.

Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, sits.

Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.

Occasionally works in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles.

Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

No certifications or licenses are required.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
