Responsibilities

Triangle Services Janitorial is looking for janitorial/ maintenance candidates to clean premises and offices of commercial buildings in NY city and the boroughs. Keep offices in clean and orderly condition by performing the stated duties seen below:

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
• Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames
