$16.74/hr - $19.83/hr

The salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills, and expertise.

• Perform routine and comprehensive general maintenance and cleaning of the facility and equipment.
• Maintain, clean, repair, and ensure the safety of the building as instructed by the Director of Operations.
• Clean floors, change light bulbs, paint, and perform minor repairs.
• Assess maintenance needs and develop preventative maintenance plans.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in building maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience with homeless and mental health populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record preferred.
• OSHA license a plus; CPR and First Aid certification required within 3 months of hire.
