Custodian

Overview

The Custodian is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the building’s offices and office bathrooms and assisting with furniture assembly.

$17/hr - $18/hr commensurate with experience.

• Three comprehensive healthcare plans to choose from based on your priorities and budget. Housing Works covers most of the plan; you pay a portion, based on your salary.
• Staff begins accruing paid time off immediately for a total of up to 30 days earned in the first year.

• Adhere to the custodial and preventative maintenance plan to ensure that the facility’s common spaces—pantry area, bathrooms, offices, residential spaces—are clean, sanitary, and properly stocked with supplies.

• Assist clients to prepare for moving out of the hotel program by assisting them with packing and inventorying their belongings.
• Improve facility maintenance operations by ensuring that work orders are closed promptly and maintenance tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality.
• Close 95% of work orders within the specified time frame.
