Terrasmart is looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate - Lull Operator to join our team! This role supports daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and preparing materials for job sites. Ideal candidates are organized, team‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Operate lull and skid loaders, as well as other material‑handling equipment safely.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Assist with loading/unloading and processing returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and a clean, safe work area.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience operating a lull or skid loader (highly preferred).
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to lift and move materials, and work outdoors in varying conditions.
