Position Summary:The Facilities and Site Maintenance Specialist ensures the venue's functionality and setup before, during, and after events. Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, barricade setup, and site repairs, along with other physical labor to optimize venue operations and appearance.
Essential Functions:- Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain the venue, including painting, pressure washing, bathroom upkeep, HVAC maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist in setup and breakdown of barricades, fencing, furniture, and signage.
- Handle packages and deliveries across the site as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in repair and maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crawling, bending, and stooping.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
AEG reserves the right to modify job duties as needed. Salary range: $25.85-$26.88 per hour. This part-time position may be eligible for benefits under ACA.
