Skenesborough Harbor is a 40-unit affordable senior apartment community seeking a reliable
** Part-Time Housekeeper
** to maintain the cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Clean and maintain common areas (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces).
* Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
* Prepare vacant apartments for move-ins and perform spot cleaning as needed.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management of needs.
* Complete work orders and communicate maintenance concerns.
* Interact respectfully with residents, staff, and vendors.###
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.
* Ability to work independently and follow schedules.
* Must follow Fair Housing laws and company policies.###
