Reporting to the Building Superintendent, and under general direction, the Porter is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of CU apartment buildings and the grounds area.

• Cleans and maintains building and grounds complex: elevators, stairways, corridors, windows, floors, laundry rooms, vacant apartments.
• Trims trees and shrubs; fertilizes, seeds, and mows lawn; sweeps and hoses sidewalks; removes snow and spreads salt as needed.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Heavy lifting may be required.

• A High School Diploma and/or its equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance is a plus.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
