Associate, Inbound Logistics

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate, Inbound Logistics to play a critical role in Vivrelle's growing membership base. Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, Inbound Logistics, this role will be responsible for receiving our inventory back from members, ensuring accuracy, condition, and data collection.

• Assist in ensuring the accuracy and quality of incoming shipments by adhering to our standards
• Support the identification of items needing repair or removal due to damage
• Assist in accurately tagging all returned items and maintaining organized inventory records
• Update the status of returned items in our systems for efficient tracking
• Support in communicating with members about returned items, missing parts, or accidental shipments of personal belongings
• Assist in coordinating with other departments to prevent fraud and inform members of any order delays or issues
• Provide hands‑on support to the Inbound Team, aiding in tasks such as opening and organizing incoming shipments.

• 1‑2 years experience in the fashion and/or luxury space
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Analytical thinking while being customer‑focused and brand‑obsessed
• Conveying a can‑do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done

$52,000 - $55,000 a year. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications.
