Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of building’s common areas (front lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, and parking areas).
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets and rugs, washing and waxing hard surfaces, cleaning tile grout, washing walls, doors, and windows, and replacing light bulbs in common area lighting fixtures.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to the designated disposal area.
- Monitor and restock sanitary and cleaning supplies to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing air filters, minor touch‑ups, basic repairs, seasonal upkeep tasks (snow removal and grounds maintenance), and inventory control of janitorial tools and equipment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community with a positive and courteous attitude.
- Perform other related janitorial duties as requested.

- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour plus an annual bonus.
- 1–2 years of janitorial, cleaning, or porter experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Basic knowledge of light maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Snow removal and landscaping experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment.
- Ability to complete daily assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong time‑management skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Dedicated to exceeding expectations by providing exceptional service.
- Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve.
- Strong belief in teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Personal standards of appearance and dress compatible with the Company’s standards.
