Are you a hands‑on worker looking for a stable role in a fast‑paced sports environment? We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join the facilities team at New York City’s premier Indoor Tennis Clubs.

We are currently hiring for three distinct roles across three shifts. Whether you are a cleaning pro, a skilled handyman, or interested in learning the niche skill of clay court grooming, we have a spot for you.

We are hiring for the following three positions ranging in pay from $21.00 per hour up to $27.00 per hour depending on both skill and the position. Please specify which role(s) you are interested in when applying.

• Focus :
  Cleanliness and sanitation.
• Responsibilities :
• Cleaning and restocking locker rooms and restrooms.
• Vacuuming and mopping lobby areas and viewing decks.
• Trash removal and general upkeep of common areas.
• Ensuring a high standard of presentation for our members.

• Focus :
  Facility functionality and repair.
• Responsibilities :
• Performing minor repairs (drywall patching, painting, tightening fixtures).
• Changing light bulbs and HVAC filters.
• Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, fixing running toilets) and minor electrical troubleshooting.
• Assisting with seasonal setup and equipment maintenance.
• Assisting with cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed.

• Focus :
  Tennis court surface management.
• Responsibilities :
• Watering, sweeping, and rolling Har‑Tru (clay) courts.
• Repairing "dead spots" and managing line tapes.
• Applying Calcium Chloride or new surface material as needed.
• Experience with clay courts is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We operate 18+ hours a day. We have openings for :

• Day Shift : (7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM)
• Evening Shift : (4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM)
• Overnight Shift : (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Higher pay rate applies.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Court Technicians must be able to lift up 80lbs.
• Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
• For Light Maintenance :
  Previous handyman or building superintendent experience preferred.
• For Court Maintenance :
  Attention to detail is critical.
