Relief Porter

Property Management company seeking an experienced temporary porter for luxury residential building.

• Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and/or apartments with pending move-in dates.
• Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris
• Sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings
• Dust and clean fixtures
• Operate trash chute and maintain
• Take trash to curbside on trash days
• Confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up
• Follows established procedures set by management
• Assists handyman as instructed
• Other duties as assigned
• Clean glass

• Proficiency in English
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a good history of job dependability and responsibility
• Previous relevant work experience

Pay Rate: $19.00 Hourly
