In your role at Cube Smart Self-Storage, you will manage and maintain your property.

• Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors, and painting.
• Provide upkeep of the building and property by sweeping hallways, stairs, and storage spaces, including restroom areas.
• Clean vacated units promptly and prepare units for future rentals.
• Report maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures and unsafe conditions to management.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections, confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.
• Make basic repairs; use handheld tools and equipment.

We also want you to know that…

• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Frequent required standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• May need to travel daily to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Some locations may require Sunday hours.
