$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Keeping a clean and safe storage facility to ensure condition meets company guidelines (changing light bulbs, landscaping, parking, paving, fence, walls, doors, painting).
• Providing upkeep of the appearance of the building and property by sweeping hallways, stairs, and storage spaces, including restroom areas.
• Cleaning vacated units on a timely basis and preparing units for future rentals.
• Reporting maintenance requirements, potential equipment failures and unsafe conditions to management.
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

• You must have ability to work Saturdays.
• Job requires frequent standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, climbing or balancing on a ladder.
• On occasion, may need to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• May need daily travel to and from other facilities for various tasks as directed.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.
• You’ll work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate and interact professionally with teammates and customers.
• Make basic repairs using handheld tools and equipment.

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience plus bonus opportunities.
