Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and smooth daily operations of their facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong customer service skills and a commitment to keeping shared spaces clean and organized.

• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including front and back entrances
• Sweep and mop all office areas
• Sweep and mop hallways on all 10 floors
• Clean and maintain common areas, including the community room, kitchen, lounge, library, and laundry room
• Clean glass doors, windows, and walls
• Remove trash from all office and common areas
• Clean and sanitize staff bathrooms daily
• Vacuum all rugs and carpets
• Empty and clean all trash rooms
• Empty and clean the compactor room
• Prepare trash and recycling for scheduled pickup

• 1 years’ work experience as a Porter required.
• Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
• Team player with a focus on customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
