Orange theory Fitness is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Cleaning Person to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for members and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is proactive in identifying cleaning needs, and supports the studio in delivering a high‑quality fitness experience.

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the studio, including:
  • Workout areas and fitness equipment
  • Locker rooms, showers, and restrooms
  • Lobby, offices, and break areas
• Refill supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes)
• Ensure trash is removed and bins are sanitized daily
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Disinfect high‑touch surfaces frequently throughout shifts
• Monitor cleaning inventory and inform the manager when supplies need to be reordered
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and cleaning protocols (especially CDC guidelines for fitness centers)
• Support deep cleaning tasks during non‑peak hours or as scheduled
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina and mobility (ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for extended periods)
• Flexible schedule; must be available for early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts as needed

This role works primarily in a fitness studio setting where cleanliness and safety are critical. The Cleaning Person interacts with staff and occasionally members, so a positive and respectful demeanor is important.
