Lead Facility Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance / Porter to oversee the physical integrity and cleanliness of our facility in Port Washington. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with professional work ethic who takes pride in ensuring a property is well-maintained and safe for all occupants.

Salary: $25 - $29 per hour.
Shift: First.
Work hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Education: High School.

• Facility Maintenance: Perform interior repairs including installing sheetrock, changing locks, and hanging doors.
• System Support: Assist with basic electrical tasks such as changing light fixtures and running wires.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain the exterior property through landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal snow removal/salting.
• Porter Services: Ensure the facility is clean and sanitized.
• Logistics Support: Utilize forklifts to load/unload merchandise and keep storage or warehouse areas organized.

• Wearing steel toe shoes.
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Standing for 8 hours at one time.

• Basic plumbing.
• Basic electric.
• Facility Maintenance (1 year of experience required).
