SUNY Niagara is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team. In this essential position, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our students, faculty, staff and visitors.
As a Laborer you will perform a variety of routine cleaning duties to prepare buildings, classrooms and offices for daily operations.
Good listening skills and ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions is essential. A successful applicant will have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Campus activities depend on the functions of this position, therefore reliable attendance is important.
This position will provide a steady and consistent 40‑hour work week with overtime opportunities.
Selected candidates who have a valid drivers license at the time of hire will earn $18.10 per hour. Candidates who do not have a valid drivers license will earn $17.10 per hour. Please provide a copy of your drivers license when you submit your application.
