Educational Alliance seeks a full-time Assistant Superintendent to join our Facilities Management team in Lower Manhattan. You will perform minor repairs, maintain building systems, oversee custodial services, and ensure safety compliance across multiple sites.
We're looking for a high school diploma or GED, 4 years of maintenance experience, a valid NYS driver's license, and the ability to work on-call. Knowledge of latex materials and hazardous materials is preferred.
