Heart Share is seeking a Facilities Technician II to repair and maintain Heart Share facilities, both interiors and exteriors, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with codes. You will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work and operate floor cleaners, power washers, and snow removal equipment.
Responsibilities include leading work orders in Worx Hub, coordinating with vendors, maintaining tool and vehicle inventory, and reporting hazards.
