• Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.
• Operating the service elevator.
• Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.
• Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.
• Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.
• Providing 5-star customer service.
• Performing other duties as assigned

If you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Hall person at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and the community-at-large is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a Relief Position which may require working overnight and/or weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $22.34 - $29.79 per hour depending on experience. There are also plenty of great benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more!
