As a seasonal commercial building cleaner in New York, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of commercial properties during peak seasonal periods. This is a 32 BJ union Position

• Perform routine cleaning of commercial buildings
• Operate cleaning machinery safely
• Follow health and safety protocols
• Manage waste disposal effectively
• Report maintenance issues promptly

• Experience:
  
  1-5 year
• 1–5 years of cleaning or maintenance experience
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
