This is a Brightstar Maintenance Union position.
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Responsibility:
- Respond promptly to on-call maintenance requests
- Perform routine repairs in restaurants and schools
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate effectively with facility managers
- Experience:
1-2 year - Previous experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in restaurant and school settings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
