Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and minor structural repairs.
• Conduct routine building maintenance and corrective repairs as required.
• Install, repair, and maintain building fixtures, doors, walls, ceilings, and related components.
• Support renovation and improvement projects across the facility.
• Read and interpret basic construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure work complies with company standards, OSHA safety regulations, and GMP requirements as applicable.
• Assist with troubleshooting facility-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and external contractors as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Document completed work and report findings or required follow-ups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• English and Spanish speaking ability preferred. Technical or trade certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in general construction, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an asset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
