The City of New York Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a Custodian IV to serve as Supervising Building Custodian for HRA facilities. The role directs cleaning and maintenance operations across City-leased and City-owned buildings used by HRA programs.
You will supervise custodial staff, perform cleaning and maintenance duties, coordinate schedules, conduct inspections, and prepare reports to ensure safe, clean, and compliant buildings. Rotating shifts: 9am - 5pm.
