Schedule:
Full-time. 7:30am - 4pm. Must be available for occasional emergency calls. Some weekend rotation required. Year-round position.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Experience with grounds maintenance equipment and landscaping tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and communication
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation
- Technical certification in building maintenance or related field
- Experience with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Swimming pool maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
- Capable of climbing ladders and working at heights
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
We are seeking two experienced handymen/groundskeepers to maintain and improve our property facilities and grounds. The ideal candidates will have broad maintenance skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Maintain grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and landscape upkeep
- Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance
- Handle emergency maintenance situations as needed
- Keep maintenance supplies organized and well-stocked
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Document completed work and maintenance records
Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 per year
