Floor Technician
Rate: $16- $19/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 4 am - 12 pm

Harris Hill Nursing Facility is looking to add a Floor Technician to its team. In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean and safe, floor for residents, visitors, and staff throughout the facility. • Clean floors to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Vacuum hallways, mop floors, and perform routine housekeeping tasks as directed
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, safety, and facility policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and attend required meetings and trainings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum experience requirement:
  No experience required; 6 months of housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
• Dependable, positive, and committed to quality service
