Maintenance Custodian

This role is responsible for maintaining the company's premises in accordance with the company's policies and objectives to ensure a safe and healthy working environment. To coordinate the daily upkeep of the company premises, including custodial maintenance, building repairs, and security responsibilities. To report necessary building repairs and maintenance; and perform related work as needed.

• To meet with small vendors as needed to discuss and inspect premises issues
• Ensures all quotes are received within five days
• Inspection of premises
• Inspect interior/exterior of building and report any necessary repairs
• Check exterior and interior lights and exterior timers & note outages
• Provide inspection reports for each location each month
• Ensure all fire alarm systems and pumps are inspected and checked twice per year
• To address the health and safety compliance issues affecting the premises

• High School Diploma
• Enrollment in BTVI courses (courses and schedule to be confirmed with leader)
• Valid Driver's License – must be valid at all times
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift items of 50 lbs. or heavier daily
• Ability to withstand repetitive bending, pushing, and pulling
