That ethos permeates all aspects of the property, from the full‑service organic spa to the certified organic farm‑to‑farm restaurant that utilizes produce grown on the property itself.

We are seeking a dedicated, full‑time General Maintenance Worker to provide general maintenance and housekeeping services to the buildings and grounds on the historic property of Shangri‑La Springs.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property.
• Assist with housekeeping duties for buildings and grounds.
• Work independently to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate professionally with customers and staff.

• Entry‑level position; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills with customers and staff.
• Physical ability to perform typical maintenance tasks, including walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working indoors and outdoors under varying environmental conditions.
