Cleaner​/Janitor

This role helps keep the studio clean, sanitary, and welcoming for members and staff. You will handle routine janitorial work, restock supplies, monitor cleaning needs, and support a safe, well-maintained fitness environment.

• Clean and sanitize workout areas and fitness equipment.
• Clean locker rooms, showers, and restrooms.
• Clean the lobby, offices, and break areas.
• Refill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and disinfectant wipes.
• Remove trash and sanitize bins daily.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the shift.
• Monitor cleaning inventory and notify management when supplies need to be reordered.
• Follow health, safety, and cleaning protocols, including CDC guidance for fitness centers.
• Support deep cleaning during non-peak hours or as scheduled.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, kneeling, and staying on your feet for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts as needed.
• Positive and respectful communication with staff and members.
