* Job Responsibilities:

**  + Troubleshoot; diagnose; and repair mechanical and electrical systems.  + Utilize maintenance system for creating and completing work orders.  + Control downtime by informing operation workers of routine preventative maintenance and operation techniques and monitor compliance.  + Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment preventative maintenance.  + Follow all plant safety procedures and guidelines without exception.  + Carry out maintenance process per supervisor instructions expeditiously and perform tasks in a professional manner.  

+ Support work flows, effective layout, and optimum process conditions.  + Provide P.M. for facilities equipment and production equipment.  + Suggest modifications and improvements to PM.  + Accurately document time and materials on PM forms or work order.  + Determine possible maintenance problems, identify, and repair.  + Monitor equipment performance. Notify supervision of deviations to normal speeds.  + Review production fixtures and provide input.  

+ Review and provide input on new facility equipment.  + Support cost savings programs for the manufacturing site.  + Support housekeeping programs for the manufacturing site.  
** Requirements:**  + Experience and working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics.  + High School diploma or equivalent.  + Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
