* Previous experience in food service or sanitation preferred.
* Must be able to operate a variety of kitchen equipment.
* Must be able to read, write and follow instructions.
* High school level of knowledge preferred.
* One year experience in commercial, non-residential maintenance and housekeeping preferred.
* Must be able to operate a variety of equipment and use hand and power tools safely.
