• High Schooldiplomaor General Education Degree (GED).
• One (1) year of facilities maintenance/janitorial/engineeringexperiencepreferred
• Abilitytoreadandcomprehendblueprints,drawings,schematics,specifications,codesandhandbookspreferred
• Abilitytousevarioustestingdevicesrelatedtothemechanicaltradespreferred
• Stronginterpersonalskillsandtheabilitytofunctionasateammemberinademandingserviceenvironment.
• Abilitytohandlemultipleprojects.
• Someknowledgeofcomputerspreferred.
• Musthavetheabilitytocompleterequiredsafetyclassesthatpertaintospecificjobduties.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in both office and industrial outdoor environments.
• Ability to walk construction sites and facility grounds for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move materials consistent with job requirements.

The pay range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 an hour
