House Cleaning
A sweet family seeks an experienced housekeeper for their residence in the West Village. There are two adults and two young children in the home (toddler and infant who have a nanny). One parent works from home. There are no pets. This is a long-term position for a proactive, hands‑on professional who takes pride in maintaining a home’s overall cleanliness and tidiness;
they value a thorough candidate who takes ownership of the role. The schedule is 2-3 days a week, days specifically to be agreed upon by family and the candidate to hire-ideally, 4 hours on the weekend would be welcome. In total, it will be about 16-24 hours a week. If the candidate to hire wants more hours, they would appreciate a housekeeper who can also cook and can then extend the hours to 30-35 hours weekly.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is 4,300 sq. ft. with 3 flights of stairs. The role starts as soon as a great fit is found.

- If cooking, it will be about 3 dinners per week and 3 simple lunches. There are no allergies to be catered to. In terms of cuisine, they prefer Greek, Italian, American, and are open to other cuisines from time to time.

- Exceptional housekeeping and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs
