DESCRIPTION:
Este trabajo de limpieza son 30 horas por semana: lunes a viernes. La tarifa por hora comienza a $15, con ajustes basados en el desempeño laboral. Realizara todos los deberes de limpieza y custodial instruido por el director del sitio, incluyendo:
Limpieza y desinfección general
* Mantenimiento de piso
* Remover basura
* Almacenar suministros
This cleaning job is a total of 30 hours a week:
Monday through Friday. The hourly rate starts at $15, with adjustments based on performance. You will perform all janitorial and custodial duties as instructed by the Site Manager, including:
* General cleaning and sanitizing
* Floor maintenance
* Garbage removal
* Supply stocking## Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requisitos:
* Al menos 1 año de experiencia en limpieza, conserjería, o mantenimiento
* Transporte confiable
* Un teléfono inteligente, para utilizar nuestro sistema de reloj de tiempo
* Un conocimiento práctico de los suministros de limpieza / productos de limpieza
* La capacidad de operar y mantener maquinas como pulidoras de pisos, aspiradoras, extracto
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience
* Reliable transportation
* A smartphone, in order to use our time clock system
* A working knowledge of janitorial supplies/cleaning products
* The ability to operate and maintain machines such as floor buffer, vacuums, extractors, carpet cleaning equipment, etc.
