JJN Properties Ltd is looking for a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Central NY. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee maintenance operations, keep properties in top condition, and lead a team that takes pride in their work. • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations across residential properties in Onondaga, Oneida and Oswego counties
• Inspect properties regularly to identify and address repair, safety, and maintenance needs
• Assign and oversee work orders, ensuring timely and quality completion by maintenance staff
• Perform and assist with hands‑on repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate purchasing as needed
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to handle urgent matters outside of business hours

• 3+ years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a related trade
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, maintenance logs, and basic blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑first, solution‑oriented attitude
• Computer skills;
  Experience with App Folio is a plus
