Location: City of New Rochelle
Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep the community safe, clean and comfortable. You will conduct routine maintenance, install and service equipment, and prepare apartments for move-ins as part of a dedicated maintenance team.
The role is hourly, non-exempt, reporting to the Maintenance Director with a schedule of 11am–7pm on Sundays through Thursdays or Tuesdays through Saturdays. Prior maintenance experience and a GED/HS diploma are preferred.
