Pay Rate: $17.75 - $18.50 per hour

Full-Time:

• 1st Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3rd shift
  * Monday-Friday, 12:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Part-Time:

• 1st shift
  * Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM
• 2nd shift
  * Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

On-Call:

• All shifts
  -Flexible hours

We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and enthusiastic Custodian/Janitor to join our cleaning team. While we are willing to train the right candidate, you should have at least six months of janitorial experience and be familiar with basic cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.

Collect and empty trash cans

Dust all surfaces (walls, furniture, and equipment)

Clean and restock restrooms

Mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum floors

Follow cleaning and safety procedures

Perform routine maintenance and report issues or hazards

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely

Clean and polish fixtures and furniture

Notify management of necessary repairs or building maintenance needs

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Knowledge of floor care (strip/wax) and use of related equipment and chemicals

Assist with painting, snow removal, and lawn care

Perform light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, minor repairs, touch-ups)

Support trash and recycling collection

Assist with event setups and breakdowns

Ensure restrooms and common areas are well stocked and maintained

Promptly report facility or safety concerns

Minimum six (6) months of janitorial or custodial experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly (3 times per week)

Must be able to stand for extended periods

Must have reliable transportation

Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and auto scrubbers

Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical labor safely

Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Candidates must present one of the following acceptable IDs:

REAL –compliant driver’s license or state  (with gold or black star)

Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL) or Enhanced  (EID) – available in MI, MN, NY, VT, WA

U.S. Passport or Passport Card
