The Snow Crew Memberis a hardworking and reliable employee who will assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather events. This is an on-call, seasonal position for employees who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and can respond quickly when snow events occur. As part of our winter operations team, you will help ensure that driveways, parking lots, and walkways remain safe and accessible for customers and employees.

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances and pedestrian areas.
• Operate sidewalk snow removal equipment, including powered sidewalk snow removal machines and snow blowers.
• Perform manual snow removal using shovels and apply ice melt, salt, or sand to surfaces as needed.
• Follow assigned directions and schedules while collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Perform equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain a professional attitude and deliver quality services in challenging weather conditions.
• Follow company safety procedures and customer requirements.

• Must be dependable and available 24/7 during snow events

• Previous snow removal, landscaping, or outside labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Physically capable of shoveling, lifting 50lbs, walking and working outdoors in challenging weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience $20-35 per hour
• Weekly Pay Incentive:
  Receive a weekly pay of at least $100/week when program requirements are met
• Guaranteed minimum of four (4) hours of pay when called in to work.
• Bonus Opportunity: Earn up to $2,000 in additional bonuses through the participation program.
