Join Wingate Management Company, an award-winning leader in real estate management, development, and investment. We’re seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy, and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and actively participate in maintenance operations atour Albany property.
- Rate:$38.00 to $43.00/hour
- Location:
Albany, NY - Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (with On-call rotation)
- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading theteam
- OverseeHVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respondto and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2+years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor / Lead with 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Working knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting and refurbishing
- Familiarity with HVAC system and various appliances required
- Computer proficiency
- Musthave a valid and active Driver's License
