Summary:

Maple Ski Ridge is looking for a reliable individual to clean the lodge, rental shop, offices, and bathrooms, either before Maple Ski Ridge opens to the public or after closing in the evening, depending on the day of the week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Other duties as assigned
• Daily cleaning of lodge by performing the following duties; trash removal, washing tables, dusting window sills, cleaning walls, valances, doors, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming rugs, and general tidying
• Daily cleaning of bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, dusting of shelves and walls, washing mirrors and sweeping and mopping floors, filling paper products when needed, and emptying trash bins
• Removal of trash from offices, sweeping and mopping offices and hall
• Vacuum area rugs
• Daily sweeping of floors in rental shop, and twice weekly mopping
• Upkeep wood supply for wood stove by transporting chopped wood from wood shed to lodge via wheel barrel as-needed
• Maintain awareness of supply inventory to ensure essentials are always stocked
• Take trash out to dumpster daily

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be energetic, dependable, independent, and self-motivated
• Must effectively communicate with management
• Able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment, while remaining calm under pressure
• Capable of performing physical/manual duties such as shoveling, lifting, bending, kneeling etc.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to withstand inclement conditions for short periods of time
• Must be at least 18-years-oldTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
