Flint Valley LLC, a manufacturer of industrial equipment, seeks a Janitor in New York, NY. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $60,830.

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining our facilities, ensuring they are safe and healthy for all employees and visitors. Your daily tasks will include sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing common areas such as restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms, and emptying trash bins. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies, such as paper towels, cleaning solutions, and trash bags, and maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces, including break rooms and hallways.

Additionally, you may be required to assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing broken equipment or replacing light bulbs. Your role is crucial in creating a pleasant and productive work environment.

You will work in a team environment at our facility in New York, NY. The workplace is a manufacturing plant with standard office and production areas.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in janitorial work. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
