Unlike the Maintenance Technician who manages their own individual tasks, the Team Lead oversees the collective efforts of the team, coordinates the work onsite, ensures quality and safety standards and maintains accurate documentation and reporting.

Working under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Team Lead is an opportunity for a motivated individual to develop leadership, technical and managerial skills while gaining experience managing people, projects, customers and resources. This position offers a clear opportunity to grow into a Maintenance Supervisor role, eventually managing independent teams and larger projects.
