The Hamilton Manor is a peaceful, 40-bed skilled nursing community in Rochester. Surrounded by serene, park-like grounds, we believe our small size allows for truly loving, nurturing care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean & Sanitize: Maintain resident rooms and common areas (floors, fixtures, windows, bathrooms) to the highest standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control, sanitation, and fire safety protocols. Promptly report hazards to the Director of Environmental Services.
• Resident Care: Treat all residents with dignity, kindness, and respect, ensuring privacy and reporting any concerns to nursing.

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
  .
• Excellent customer service
  , communication, and teamwork skills.
• Preferred:
  Previous healthcare housekeeping experience or knowledge of proper cleaning techniques.
