Maintenance Worker, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Keystone Elite Group seeks a Maintenance Worker to join our established facility management services team in New York, NY. This  role offers a negotiable salary and benefits.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, inspect equipment and systems, and respond to maintenance requests. You'll also assist in troubleshooting and repairing issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

You will collaborate closely with the maintenance team in a fast-paced commercial real estate setting in New York, NY. This environment is characterized by a constant stream of tasks and emergencies, demanding a high level of adaptability to address the diverse needs of clients and the unique conditions of each property. The workplace is dynamic, with shifting priorities and unexpected challenges that require quick thinking and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining open communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress and any potential issues. This role demands a proactive approach, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field. Familiarity with facility management software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and physical ability to perform tasks are required.
